Pokemon card lookup
Use this as a starting point, then compare condition and sold prices before trading.
Enter a Pokemon name and card number to estimate the median card value.
How to play Pokemon
The quick kid-friendly version
Build a deck
A normal deck has 60 cards: Pokemon, Energy, and Trainer cards. Beginners can start with a pre-built deck.
Set prizes
Each player sets Prize cards aside. Knock out Pokemon to take prizes and move toward the win.
Attach and attack
Attach Energy to power attacks, use Trainer cards for help, and read the card text carefully.
Win with respect
Shake hands, explain moves kindly, and help newer players learn. The best trainer at the table is the one who makes it fun.
Trusted pricing tools
Compare before you trade
Safe trading rules
Make every trade fair, clear, and pressure-free
Parent-aware trading
Kids should check with a parent or trusted adult before trading valuable cards.
Condition matters
Look at corners, scratches, bends, and card surface before comparing prices.
No pressure trades
If either kid feels rushed, confused, or unsure, the answer is pause and ask for help.
Use multiple prices
Check TCGplayer, PriceCharting, Collectr, and the lookup tool so one weird price does not decide the trade.
Trade for joy too
Not every card has to be expensive. Favorite characters, cool art, and deck cards all matter.
Respect the binder
Ask before touching cards, keep food and drinks away, and return cards to sleeves carefully.
Why Crash does it
This is free because kids deserve fun spaces.
I do this for free because I love providing things for the kids: safe trading help, learning time, collection advice, and a place where families can enjoy the hobby together. Donations are optional and go toward making trading night better.
